International Corporate Lawyer

We are looking for a strong, business-oriented Corporate Lawyer with mandatory international experience to support the company’s day-to-day legal matters, contract work, and corporate changes.

Requirements

• Law degree, preferably with a specialization in International or Business Law.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate, commercial, or in-house legal roles.
• Mandatory experience handling legal matters across multiple countries.
• Experience with international contracts, NDAs, and corporate documentation.
• Experience with opening, closing, and changing legal entities.
• Experience with claims, pre-litigation matters, and preparation for court proceedings.
• Experience working with external lawyers and local legal advisors.
• Fluent professional English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, addendums, and other legal documents.
• Support negotiations with clients, partners, suppliers, and contractors.
• Identify and assess legal and commercial risks.
• Support the opening, closing, and corporate changes of legal entities, including changes to company names, directors, shareholders, and corporate structure.
• Advise on which legal entity is more efficient or appropriate for specific business activities.
• Support legal matters related to employee and contractor terminations.
• Handle claims and prepare the company for court proceedings.
• Coordinate external lawyers and legal advisors in different countries.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to management and internal teams.
