Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.

Provide professional customer support and resolve customer queries.

Communicate effectively with international customers in English.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Meet process targets, quality standards, and defined SLAs.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in an international voice process or customer support.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to work in a complete night shift.

Must be based in Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.

Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
