About The Job
- Play an operational role in the day-to-day running of the Group's international mobility program whose purpose is to manage the transfer of internationally mobile staff from one country to another
Your Main Activities Are
- Ensure respect of Group internal compliance and code of conduct requirements, as well as Group policies are procedures relating to the team's activity
- Collaborate with other Human Resources (HR) departments as well as with internal and / or external parties, as required
- Ensure compliance of the Group's position and escalate to team leader in case of doubt
- Contribute to process and policy improvements and efficiencies, including tool and technology testing and upgrades
- Produce data reports and analysis, as required
- Manage a portfolio of responsibilities and be responsible for operations within their scope
- Ensure data quality and delivery of their daily function, and recurring annual tasks, in line with internal SLAs / KPIs
- Act as primary point of contact for Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and / or other Group international mobility teams and / or external vendors appointed by the Group; answer HRBP / assignee queries and provide advice and support
Profile And Skills To Success
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Fluent in English
- Analytical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a great sense of confidentiality
- Attention to detail
- Strong sense of customer-focus
- Good team spirit, ability to integrate and also self-start
- Ability to learn and adaptability
