International Payroll Specialist

International Payroll Specialist - Permanent - London - up to £60,000 per annum + 10% bonus

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered again, with a well known media company, who are looking for an International Payroll Specialist, on a permanent basis. The International Payroll Specialist, will be responsible for the end of end payroll process for 300 international employees, across the UK, EMEA, APAC & the Americas. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll administration. This role is on hybrid basis consisting of 3 days per week, based in their London office.

The International Payroll Specialist will have the following skills:

• Process end to end payroll, across UK, EMEA, APAC & the Americas, via Cloudpay, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Ensure payroll processes comply with UK legislation, statutory requirements and company policies
• Post reconciliation, provide approval to third party payroll providers
• Managing new joiners and terminations
• Review reports and liaise with internal partners to ensure the data/all changes are accurate and complete
• Ensure all employees are accurately recorded in Workday
• Maintain accurate payroll documentation and support audits, reporting and year-end processes

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must:

• Minimum of 3 years' hands on payroll experience on an international scale
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to organise and prioritise in a busy environment
• Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business
• Excellent communication skills
