About TaxDome

At TaxDome, we're building the #1 practice management platform for accounting firms in the US and globally. Founded in 2017, we've grown into a 400+ fully remote team across 40+ countries, serving tens of thousands of businesses worldwide with millions of end clients.

How we work

You'll be part of a globally distributed team built on trust, ownership, and self-management.

We focus on outcomes over activity, prioritizing clear ownership, pragmatic decision-making, and accountability for results over rigid processes. Collaboration is central to how we operate: we communicate openly, involve the right people early, and continuously improve how we build products and teams together.

About this role

We're looking for a Senior International Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our International Growth team and help us build the sales engine behind TaxDome's international expansion. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and directly impact how efficiently we generate and qualify pipeline across our priority global markets.

It's a fully remote role, we are hiring across ANZ (Australia and New Zealand), with a preference for candidates working within AEST/AEDT (±2 hours).

What you'll be responsible for

  • Own outbound and inbound pipeline generation, prospecting via cold calls, email, social, and event follow-ups, while qualifying every inbound lead from web, chat, and campaigns so nothing falls through the cracks

  • Qualify leads with rigor, using frameworks like SPICED, BANT, or CHAMP to ask insight-led questions that surface the real cost of inaction, not just work through a checklist

  • Work high-ICP accounts and complex personas independently, knowing when to flex the playbook and when to double down, with call quality consistent enough that peers ask to shadow you

  • Sharpen positioning and messaging, clearly articulating TaxDome's value proposition against named competitors, tailoring by persona and firm size, and A/B testing openers to improve team-wide playbooks

  • Keep CRM and handoff quality high, maintaining clean records in HubSpot and delivering Country-Manager-ready handoff notes so they run real discovery, not re-qualification

  • Use AI with intention across your daily workflow, for firm research, personalization, call prep, and self-review, and document at least one AI-assisted workflow you've shared with the team

What you bring

Must-have

  • A proven track record generating outbound pipeline in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment, with the depth to work high-ICP accounts and complex personas independently

  • Experience qualifying and converting outbound and inbound leads, using frameworks like SPICED, BANT, or CHAMP

  • Strong communication skills, engaging prospects, handling objections, and holding a technical or competitive conversation without deferring every question upward

  • Sound judgment in ambiguous, cross-timezone selling situations, able to explain why you deviated from the standard approach, not just that you did

  • CRM discipline with HubSpot or Salesforce, managing data hygiene, outreach cadence, and pipeline follow-up with precision

  • Functional-to-proficient AI fluency (Level 3 minimum), integrating AI tools into your daily workflow and able to walk a teammate through a workflow you've built

Nice-to-have

  • Experience selling into international markets or across multiple time zones

  • Familiarity with AI-powered call analysis tools such as Gong, Chorus, or equivalent

  • Background in accounting or finance, plus experience with outbound and enrichment platforms such as Clay, Apollo, or ZoomInfo

What we offer

At TaxDome, we aim to create an environment where people can do their best work and grow alongside the company.

  • Competitive compensation, paid in USD, transparently shared before the first interview

  • Fully remote work with flexible hours

  • 30 paid days off annually, plus sick days as needed

  • Health & well-being support

  • Learning & development budget to support your professional growth

  • English lessons reimbursement

  • Co-working space reimbursement

  • Company-provided equipment (conditions may vary depending on the role)

  • A high level of autonomy and ownership in your work

  • The opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing global SaaS company

  • A collaborative, international team with a strong product mindset

Upon successful completion of the interview process and acceptance of the offer to join, an employment verification check will be conducted as part of pre-boarding, confirming job titles and dates of engagement with 2 of your previous employers. This is a required step for all new joiners.

If you're excited about this opportunity and believe you could make an impact at TaxDome, we'd love to hear from you!
