What do we expect from our new team member? Managing customers, acquiring new clients, and achieving sales targets. Providing alternative solutions to customers in order to increase business volume. Maximizing availability with responsible customers to increase market share and distribution. Actively participating in updating customers’ working conditions. Using commercial funds in the most effective way and carrying out periodic fund reconciliations. Planning short- and long-term activities for responsible chain customers. Identifying appropriate actions in line with profitability and sales targets. Analyzing and interpreting all customer-related data. What kind of teammate are we looking for? Preferably holding a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales (especially in national channels). Solution-oriented, proactive, with strong persuasion and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office programs. What do we offer you?
