Job Description Job Title International Student Recruitment Agent – English Language Programs Company Wall Street English – Dubai Location Dubai, UAE (In-Person) and/or Remote Employment Type Full-Time / Contract / Commission-Based (Structure to be defined based on experience) Job Summary Wall Street English Dubai is seeking experienced International Student Recruitment Agents to support the growth of Dubai as a destination for English language education . The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and placing international students into Wall Street English programs in Dubai, managing agent networks, and achieving agreed sales and enrollment targets. This role is not suitable for entry-level candidates . Previous experience in international student recruitment and English language education is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Recruit and place international students into Wall Street English programs in Dubai Promote Dubai as a destination for English language study Manage and/or leverage existing international agent networks Develop new recruitment channels and partnerships where applicable Guide students through the full recruitment lifecycle: Initial enquiry and consultation Program selection Visa coordination and documentation support Enrollment and arrival coordination Liaise with internal admissions, academic, and visa teams Meet and exceed agreed sales, enrollment, and revenue targets Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and pipelines Represent Wall Street English professionally with agents, students, and partners Required Experience & Qualifications (Mandatory) Proven experience in international student recruitment Demonstrated history of placing students internationally Direct recruitment experience in one or more of the following regions : South America Russia China Turkey Thailand Vietnam Southeast Asia Middle East Experience working with or managing agent networks (existing network strongly preferred) Prior experience recruiting students for English language programs or language schools Strong understanding of student visa processes and international admissions workflows Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident, personable, and tele-friendly Key Skills & Competencies Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills Cultural awareness and ability to work across multiple markets High level of professionalism and accountability Ability to work independently (especially for remote roles) Strong follow-up and conversion skills Performance Metrics Student enrollment numbers Revenue generated Conversion rates from leads to enrollments Agent network growth and productivity Compliance with admissions and visa procedures Preferred (Not Mandatory) Previous experience working with Wall Street English or similar global language brands Experience recruiting students specifically to the UAE / Dubai Multilingual capability Requirements Role Requirements (Mandatory) Proven experience in international student recruitment with a demonstrated record of successfully placing students into overseas education programs Direct experience recruiting students for English language programs or English language training providers Hands-on recruitment experience in one or more of the following regions : South America Russia China Turkey Thailand Vietnam Southeast Asia Middle East An existing agent network or substantial experience working with and managing recruitment agents (mandatory) Strong understanding of international student visa processes , admissions workflows, and compliance requirements Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle , from lead generation and counselling through enrollment and arrival coordination Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment and revenue targets Excellent verbal and written communication skills; personable, confident, and tele-friendly High level of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining consistent reporting and performance standards Additional Requirements Willingness to work across multiple time zones and international markets Comfortable using CRM or recruitment systems to track leads and conversions Ability to represent Wall Street English professionally with students, agents, and partners Not Suitable For Entry-level applicants without prior international recruitment experience Candidates without experience in English language education recruitment Applicants without an existing recruitment network or agent-based experience Benefits Benefits & What We Offer Opportunity to represent a globally recognised English language brand – Wall Street English Competitive commission and incentive structure , with performance-based earning potential Flexible working arrangements ( Dubai-based or remote ) depending on experience and market coverage Access to established academic programs, admissions support, and marketing materials Strong operational and visa coordination support from the Dubai office Opportunity to work across multiple international markets Clear performance metrics, transparent reporting, and scalable earning potential Long-term growth opportunities as the international recruitment function expands Professional, commercially focused environment with direct access to decision-makers Opportunity to contribute to positioning Dubai as a global destination for English language education Additional Benefits (Role-Dependent) Possibility of retainer + commission or commission-only structures (based on experience and network) Potential for long-term agency agreements or exclusive market arrangements Career progression into regional or network management roles for high performers
