Join the “AI for Delivery” stream, a strategic initiative focused on integrating artificial intelligence to optimize IT service delivery, enhance security, automate processes, and improve user experience. Current initiatives include support automation, CI/CD pipeline optimization, intelligent documentation generation, proactive anomaly detection, and securing AI/ML environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and experimentation of AI solutions applied to IT delivery (examples: AI assistants for support, automatic documentation generation, automated testing tools, AI-driven incident detection, etc.).
• Contribute to the industrialization of AI use cases identified in the “AI for Delivery” roadmap (e.g., Support Triage & Escalation Optimizer, IMA Response & Diagnosis Assistant, GenAI Test Factory, AI Code Assistant).
• Collaborate with local and international teams to prioritize, prototype, and test innovative solutions aligned with business and operational needs.
• Take part in technology watch and evaluate new AI tools or models
• Document the work performed and present results during internal reviews or demo sessions.

• Student in computer science, data science, or a related field, with a specialization or strong interest in artificial intelligence.
• Skills in Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript; experience with AI/ML frameworks .
• Team spirit, autonomy, curiosity, and ability to work in an international and agile environment.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).

• This position is based in Bangkok

• The role involves global collaboration, requiring flexibility to accommodate time zone differences.
