Delivery Lead - Data & AI

We're looking for a Delivery Lead to join our team in Bangkok as our customer projects and delivery scope continue to grow. For us, a Delivery Lead takes holistic ownership of our customer deliveries - combining project management, consultative client work, and account-level leadership, meaning you're not just running individual projects but retaining and growing whole customer accounts. You'll ensure projects are executed smoothly, teams are supported, and customer expectations are met and exceeded. It's also an opportunity to set up a solid delivery management practice in our growing Thai operation. This is a role with two horizons. Locally, you'll lead and grow our Thai engagements , working closely with cross-functional teams of data engineers and data scientists, and acting as a trusted, consultative partner to our customers. Beyond that, you'll help build up Norrin's global delivery model - enabling our Bangkok team to deliver for Nordic and international clients. While we don't expect you to be a data and AI delivery expert from day one, we do expect strong delivery leadership and a genuine interest in growing deeper into data-driven and AI work. People often grow into this role from positions such as project manager, technical or team lead, engagement or account manager, or senior consultant - what matters most is your ability to own deliveries end to end and build lasting customer relationships. 🧩 Your work may include Leading and managing data platform and AI deliveries, ensuring projects align with customer goals and business objectives Taking account-level ownership - retaining and growing whole customer accounts, not just individual deliveries Setting up and growing a solid delivery management practice in our growing Thai operation Supporting the build-up of Norrin's global delivery model, enabling our Bangkok team to deliver for Nordic and international clients Acting as a trusted delivery partner for customers, advising them when challenges arise, helping shape next steps, and knowing when to bring in the right experts Applying agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban) to support efficient and transparent execution Supporting data and AI assessments, opportunity identification, and roadmap planning Managing expectations and ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes across engagements Participating in pre-sales discussions and supporting proposal development together with internal teams 🌱 Why Norrin? Grow with us : we support continuous learning through training, certifications, and active guild communities. ✨ What we value 5+ years of experience in technology, IT, or consulting environments, with a strong track record in project and delivery leadership Solid experience in customer and stakeholder management , ideally in a consulting or hybrid delivery role Experience delivering data platform, AI, or software development projects Commercial mindset with strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Genuine interest in data and AI beyond the hype, with a focus on real business value Strong English , written and spoken, as English is the primary working language A legal right to work in Thailand or a valid work permit (please note that we cannot provide visa or work permit sponsorship for this position) Based in Bangkok and able to be regularly present in our Bangkok office ➕ What's a plus (but not required) Experience with data platforms such as Databricks or Microsoft Fabric, or the broader Azure data stack Experience delivering for, or working with, Nordic or international clients Background in setting up or growing a delivery team or function Familiarity with the Microsoft cloud ecosystem 📩 If this sounds like your next step We're excited to hear from you!
