Internship Brand Management EU - Hair & Body

About this Position

What you´ll do

• Become part of one of our international Hair & Body brand teams and support the development and execution of brand and portfolio strategies across European markets
• Contribute to relaunch and product launch projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams from concept development to market implementation
• Analyze consumer insights, market performance, category trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and support business recommendations
• Support the development of new product, packaging and communication concepts, including the preparation of briefs for internal and external partners
• Maintain and analyze market, consumer and business performance reports and translate data into actionable insights
• Coordinate projects and day-to-day activities with agencies and other stakeholders
• Take ownership of selected projects and marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in brand management within a leading FMCG company

What makes you a good fit

• Student pursuing a degree in business administration, marketing, international management, economics or a related field
• Initial practical experience in marketing, brand management, consumer insights, innovation or a related area is a plus
• Strong interest in FMCG, consumer brands, beauty and personal care products
• Fluent English language skills required; additional languages are considered a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or Adobe Firefly) is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills with an affinity for data, consumer insights and market trends
• Curious mindset and passion for understanding consumer behavior and translating insights into business opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across different functions and cultures

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
