Internship – Build the Future of HR with Oracle HCM & AI (m/f/x)

Euroports is looking for a Digital HR Intern – Oracle HCM & AI to join our Group HR team in Kallo, Belgium. During this internship, you will explore how we can further optimise our Oracle HCM environment and identify practical opportunities to use AI within HR. You will work closely with Group HR, IT and Oracle specialists in an international environment.

Your challenge

Help deliver concrete improvements in Oracle Cloud HCM at an international port infrastructure and logistics group. You will work directly with Group HR, IT and our external Oracle specialists, with visible impact on how employees and managers use HR technology.

This is a structured internship with agreed working days, regular supervision and defined review moments. You will collaborate with Group HR, IT, business users and our external Oracle specialists.

• Investigate a defined set of Oracle HCM and Employee Self Service improvement opportunities and motivate which improvements Euroports should prioritise.
• Assess selected AI use cases within Recruiting and other HR processes, including business value, data requirements, risks, user impact and feasibility within Euroports’ HR technology landscape.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, test scenarios and feasible improvements.
• Where possible, support configuration, testing and documentation for international implementation.

Who are we looking for?

• You are in the final year of a bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Business & IT, Business Information Systems, Digital Transformation or a similar program.
• You are analytical, curious and interested in enterprise software, business analysis and digital transformation.
• No Oracle experience is required: motivation and the ability to learn new technology quickly matter more.

What will you deliver?

• A structured assessment of selected AI and digitalisation opportunities, including the business problem, current situation, evaluation criteria, findings, risks and prioritised recommendations.
• Concrete Oracle HCM improvements, test and user documentation, and recommendations Euroports can use after the project.
