Context
An internship at the Degroof Petercam Foundation offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at one of Belgium’s largest corporate foundations.
Based at the Brussels head office, you’ll also have the flexibility to work remotely and from other Degroof Petercam offices.
You will provide operational and administrative support to the Foundation, gaining valuable insights into philanthropy, project selection, communication, and event management. Throughout the internship, you’ll learn how to manage projects efficiently within an impact-driven environment, while enjoying the energy and collaborative spirit of a small, dynamic, and multitasking team.
Are you currently studying or ending a master’s degree and have a passion for social impact?
We offer an internship to young graduates willing to learn and discover the world of philanthropy as of January/February 2027.

Your position
Jobs Will Mainly Consist Of
- Assisting the Degroof Petercam Foundation in their selection process incl. project’s due diligence and analysis.
- Assisting the Degroof Petercam Foundation in event management as well as participation to external events.
- Assisting the Degroof Petercam Foundation in its communication (incl. writing LinkedIn posts and updating of brochures, website and activity report).
- Leading research on philanthropy for our client advice service and in support of the activities of Degroof Petercam Foundation.
- Assisting on administration for Degroof Petercam Foundation (incl. creating presentations, data management, reporting…).
- Assisting the Degroof Petercam Foundation in the organization and promotion of the Employee Social Engagement program within the Group.
- Assisting the Degroof Petercam Foundation in the organization and promotion of the Employee Social Engagement program within the Group.
- Master’s student or master’s degree
- Dutch, French and English written & oral skills working proficiency
- Genuine interest in philanthropy or social impact
- Open and transparent communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Flexible, hands-on, and resourceful in a small team
- Curious and eager to learn
- Min. of 6 months internship
