This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Mioveni, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What we’re looking for
Student in computer science, telecommunications or a related field.
The ability to understand the functional supply chain processes of clients, their needs and expectations and to translate them into IT commitments and contributions.
General knowledge about IT infrastructures and mobile equipment.
Foreign languages: English, (French and / or Spanish represent an advantage).
Knowledge about network equipment and servers is a plus.
Personal skills: curiosity in the digital field, initiative and positive spirit, team spirit, listening and communication, comfortable with sharing and transferring knowledge to others, rigorous and attentive to details.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Analytical and problem-solving techniques, excellent troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Useful Low Code knowledge: Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA, Advanced MS Office
What will you do
Support the customer during the product definition phase to maximize product value.
Acts as a point of contact between the client and the IS IT team to ensure the necessary skills are available for effective product development.
Support the product owner to focus on value creation and business alignment.
Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, printers & phones.
Generate regular reports on system performance, capacity, and security.
Manages the access rights for the users of the applications in his area of responsibility, in accordance with the Company's procedures.
Contributes to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, meeting them with proposals, solutions or initiatives to improve the level of services.
Ensures the IS IT Horse Romania interface with the corresponding IS Corporate field.
