Internship – Java or .NET Software Engineer

About the role

Are you a final-year student pursuing a graduate, bachelor's, or master's degree in IT or Computer Science, looking for an internship?At Brainsquare, we offer hands-on internship opportunities where you become part of an enterprise software engineering team working on real-world challenges.

You’ll join an existing development team and contribute to a live project by taking ownership of a specific component. Along the way, you’ll strengthen your skills in coding, teamwork, planning, and presenting — all while learning how to work in a professional environment with tools like Jira and Confluence.

Internships are available in two periods:

• September–December

• January–June

We only accept students who need an internship to graduate.

Internship – Java or .NET Software Engineer

Your main tasks:

• Join a full-stack software engineering team and collaborate on live development sprints

• Build and implement features in Java or .NET, possibly using React on the front end

• Take part in sprint planning and present your results to the team

• Learn how to work in an agile way and with tools like Git, Jira, and Confluence

• Debug, test, and refine your code with support from experienced engineers

• Communicate effectively within the team and take responsibility for your part of the project

What we are looking for in you:

• Final-year students in a graduate, bachelor’s, or master’s program in Computer Science or a related field

• A strong interest in Java or .NET development (and optionally front-end tech like React)

• Eagerness to learn and a passion for hands-on coding

• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

• A basic understanding of software engineering best practices and agile workflows
