INTERNSHIP - Junior Veeva Product Owner - Janvier - (H/F)

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in Gif-sur-Yvette, at our Research Center, starting on January 5, 2026. Filippo TABACCANTI, Q&FS Data Analytics & Digital Director within the Global QFS Data, Analytics and Digital team, will support you in your daily development and help you thrive in your responsibilities and assignments :

• Triage and follow up requests and complex incidents (L3/L4), coordinating fixes with IT and product teams.
• Monitor platform health, usage, and license consumption; proactively identify risks and recurring pain points.
• Support user provisioning, roles, and permissions.
• Execute supervised configuration changes (workflows, picklists, metadata) in accordance with change control procedures.
• Collect business needs and translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Maintain the product backlog and support the preparation of review ceremonies (backlog refinement and reviews).
• Build and maintain dashboards to track usage, SLAs, and value realization (e.g., cycle time, first-time-right).
• Support monthly operational reviews, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Update user guides, quick reference materials, and release notes.
• Co-facilitate training sessions and office hours for end users.
• Contribute to audit readiness activities by maintaining evidence such as change logs and training records.
• Perform spot checks on master data quality and process compliance.

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for a 6-month internship.
• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Curious, structured, and service-oriented, with excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus).
• Comfortable with SaaS and cloud-based tools; prior exposure to Veeva or Quality systems is an advantage but not required.
• Basic data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python) and an interest in process improvement.
