Job Description This is a remote position. Next Conversation Consulting is seeking curious, motivated, and growth-oriented interns who want hands-on experience supporting a small consulting business focused on leadership development, organizational change, inclusive workplace practices, and learning experiences. This is a general internship opening designed to welcome applicants with a range of interests, backgrounds, and career goals. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, contribute ideas, and gain practical experience in a collaborative and mission-driven environment. What You May Work On Intern projects will be shaped by business needs and the intern’s interests, skills, and development goals.
