Visa and Immigration Support

  • Research and document visa and entry requirements for program destinations, including Australia, Berlin, France, Lisbon, Prague, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
  • Review visa documentation, upload required materials to appropriate portals, and communicate next steps to participants.
  • Track application progress, identify potential delays or processing issues, and escalate concerns as needed.

Internship Program Administration

  • Assist with participant insurance enrollment through Cultural Insurance Services International (CISI).
  • Coordinate participant communications, including welcome follow-ups, pre-departure invitations, course information, and finalized flight itineraries.
  • Support housing reports, database management, and participant portal updates.
  • Create and update presentations, program documents, and communication materials.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience studying, interning, living, or working abroad, preferably in an AIFS Abroad program destination.
  • Experience working with databases or online application systems.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
