We are a fast-growing company looking for a highly motivated Intern to join our team and play a crucial role in our international expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, setting up mail sequences, and analyzing conversation rates on outreach campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing, how to work effectively with tech-driven sales tools, while also developing your analytical skills. Responsibilities: - Conducting research to identify potential customers and target markets in different countries - Creating and managing mail sequences to engage and nurture leads in various regions - Analyzing conversation rates and optimizing mail sequences for better results in different markets - Analyzing purchase behavior and marketing activities among our potential customers to identify how to improve our results - Participating in sales meetings and collaborating with the sales team - Providing regular reports on progress and outcomes to senior management team Qualifications: - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data - Familiarity with sales prospecting techniques and email marketing tools - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Swedish and English is required, while multiple languages plays a big plus (e.g Finnish, German, Dutch) - Interest in technology and willingness to learn tech-driven sales tools - Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets - Possibly enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in business or marketing You will work very closely with the CEO who has extensive experience in sales & marketing activities.
