Internship Software Tester

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Testing Intern (QA Intern) to join our technology team and gain hands-on experience in software quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications.
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track software bugs and issues.
• Conduct functional, regression, UI/UX, and usability testing.
• Test REST APIs using tools such as Postman.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure software quality.
• Verify bug fixes and perform retesting.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Familiarity with SDLC and STLC.
• Basic knowledge of manual testing, test cases, and bug reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar bug-tracking tools.
• Basic understanding of SQL databases.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
• Basic programming knowledge.
