As an Interview Specialist , you'll be instrumental in helping candidates present their best selves to prospective employers. What You’ll Do: Guide candidates through mock interviews and coaching sessions, helping them clearly communicate their qualifications and experiences. Collaborate with internal teams to understand the unique requirements of each role and ensure candidates are prepared accordingly. Offer valuable insights and constructive feedback to improve candidates’ interview confidence and technique. Support a positive candidate experience while maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout. A fluent English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule. Organized, dependable, and professional in your approach. Familiar with common remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Notion. Bonus: You have a general understanding of technical topics like Java, React, AWS, or similar—even if you're not a technical expert.
