Inventory Accounting Specialist

About the role:  As an Inventory Accountant, you will manage end-to-end inventory accounting for assigned entities within the SSC, ensuring accurate IFRS/statutory accounting, product costing, inventory valuation (FIFO/LCM), GR/IR management, and adjustments, while meeting SLAs, internal controls, and closing timelines to support efficient processes and high-quality financial data. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end inventory accounting, month-end close, and account reconciliations. Reconcile GR/IR, resolve discrepancies, and support product costing. Execute internal controls, ensure compliance, and support audits. Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams. Strong SAP (CO, MM, FI, material ledger, GR/IR, costing), Excel, and analytical skills. Support process improvements, SSC optimization, and global accounting policies Who We're Looking For:   Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years experience in Inventory/Cost Accounting and SAP. Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, statutory reporting, and inventory controls. Fluent English plus one additional language (German, French, or Spanish).
