The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Planner to support inventory planning, optimize stock levels, and help improve supply chain performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor inventory levels based on business demand.
• Analyze stock movement and replenishment requirements.
• Work closely with Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate inventory allocation and replenishment activities.
• Monitor stock availability and identify potential shortages or excess inventory.
• Maintain inventory records, reports, and planning documentation.
• Track inventory KPIs and prepare management updates.
• Support demand forecasting and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with warehouses and suppliers regarding stock availability.
• Help resolve routine inventory and replenishment issues.
• Maintain organized records and document control procedures.
• Support continuous improvement across inventory planning processes.
• Promote accuracy and efficiency in inventory operations.
• Assist with cross-functional supply chain projects.
• Stay informed about inventory planning and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory planning, inventory management, supply chain, logistics, or a related role is an advantage.
• Good understanding of inventory control and replenishment principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, ERP systems, Excel, Power BI, or inventory management software is an advantage.
• Familiarity with forecasting, stock allocation, replenishment planning, or KPI reporting is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
• UAE or GCC supply chain experience is an advantage but not required.
• Relevant supply chain or inventory management certifications are welcome but not mandatory.
