Our Enterprise Fraud team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Investigations Unit Head.

In this role, you will lead and manage the Fraud Investigation Team, ensuring fraud cases across credit cards, personal loans, debit cards, auto loans, and other covered products are thoroughly investigated, resolved, and closed within agreed timelines while delivering operational targets. You will also drive fraud risk mitigation by analyzing emerging fraud trends, recommending new detection rules and parameters, developing team capabilities, and building strong partnerships with industry peers, law enforcement, and judicial stakeholders to support successful fraud prevention and investigation outcomes.

What the role will entail

• Lead fraud investigations across credit cards, personal loans, debit cards, and other banking products, ensuring cases are thoroughly reviewed, resolved, and closed within agreed turnaround times.
• Analyze fraud incidents and emerging trends, recommending process improvements, policy enhancements, and new control measures to minimize fraud losses.
• Drive the development and implementation of fraud detection strategies, tools, and rules to improve fraud prevention effectiveness while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Review and endorse fraud case dispositions, ensuring investigation quality, accuracy, and compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Manage fraud recovery initiatives by coordinating with third-party vendors and partners to recover losses arising from fraud-related incidents.
• Lead fraud awareness and capability-building programs, while fostering strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, industry counterparts, and external agencies to strengthen the Bank's fraud risk management framework.

What we're looking for

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree
• At least five years of experience in Fraud Management, with strong knowledge of fraud investigation and fraud detection processes.
• Solid understanding of Retail and Consumer Banking products, operations, and fraud risk controls.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership capabilities in coaching and developing teams, driving employee engagement, and delivering fraud awareness training and orientation programs.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong customer focus, sound decision-making ability, and the foresight to balance fraud prevention objectives with business growth.
