Silverline Capital Group is hiring an Investment Analyst to support our Banking, Custody & Structuring Relationships Manager.

We're looking for a precise, well-organised graduate or early-career analyst who wants broad exposure to private wealth and investment solutions.

ABOUT SILVERLINE

Silverline Capital Group is an investment group that designs and delivers financial solutions for high-net-worth individuals, families and entrepreneurs, working alongside a network of partners and independent advisers.

Our capabilities span family office solutions, high-yield and fixed income strategies, and private credit through the Iron Rock BDC Fund. We also provide access to private investment banking services across Europe.

We construct portfolios through selected third-party funds, combining tradable and non-tradable debt to diversify exposure, with a focus on preserving and growing wealth across generations.

We work within the regulatory frameworks of the markets we serve, including the United Kingdom, the European Union, Switzerland and the United States. Our approach is built on transparency, fair treatment of clients and long-term relationships.

THE ROLE

You will support the analysis, documentation and coordination that underpin product management. The role centres on administration and data management, and extends to portfolio construction, product due diligence, bank and custodian coordination, KYC, and the preparation of client and internal materials. Your manager leads these areas and remains the principal point of contact for banks, custodians and partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Administration and data management
  • File documents, data and correspondence in the correct folders, following naming and version conventions.
  • Keep trackers, databases, and client and product records accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain KYC and due diligence documentation files so they are complete and easy to retrieve.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and action logs, and follow up on open actions.
  • Manage your manager's document requests, deadlines and reminders across banks, custodians and partners.
  • Follow internal procedures and controls, keep a clear audit trail of decisions and approvals, and escalate issues promptly.

Portfolio construction and product due diligence

  • Support the construction and rebalancing of portfolios built from selected third-party funds by screening instruments, gathering data and drafting allocation proposals for review.
  • Help monitor holdings, performance, risk metrics and exposures, and prepare periodic portfolio reports.
  • Assist with research and due diligence on third-party funds, debt instruments and other opportunities, including summaries of term sheets, factsheets and offering documents.
  • Keep the product review log and approved product list accurate and up to date.

Banks, custodians and KYC

  • Support your manager's relationships with banks and custodians, helping with account and operational queries.
  • Track instructions, confirmations and statements, and follow up as directed.
  • Help collect, check and file KYC and AML documentation for Individual and Corporate clients, and assist with periodic KYC reviews.

Client and internal materials

  • Help build presentations, pitchbooks and product one-pagers in line with Silverline brand standards.
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets, trackers and models for portfolio, product and client data.
  • Use AI tools to draft, summarise and format content, always checking figures and wording for accuracy before use.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Records, files and trackers are accurate, complete and audit-ready at all times.
  • Document requests, deadlines and follow-ups are met without reminders.
  • Portfolio, due diligence and KYC work is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Presentations, spreadsheets and reports are clear, correct and ready to use.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A degree (2:1 or above) in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics or a related subject.
  • 0 to 2 years' experience in investments, private banking, wealth management or similar.
  • Solid understanding of asset classes, portfolio theory and basic risk and return measures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with figures, documents and records checked before they are shared.
  • A strong governance mindset: you follow procedures and controls, document your work clearly and escalate concerns early.
  • Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
  • Practical experience using AI tools to draft, summarise or build presentations.
  • Clear written and spoken English, a professional manner, and discretion with confidential information.
  • Right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Exposure to fixed income, private credit or private banking.
  • Familiarity with structured products, including Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs).
  • Familiarity with KYC and AML processes for Individual and Corporate clients.
  • Experience with CRM systems and financial data platforms.
  • Languages: Portuguese or Spanish.

SCOPE & BOUNDARIES

This is an administrative and analytical support role. It does not involve giving investment advice to clients.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive salary, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus.
  • Remote working within the UK, with occasional attendance in London.
  • Workplace pension.
  • 21 days' annual leave, plus a Christmas break and UK bank holidays.
  • Close mentoring from senior management and broad exposure across product management.
  • Permanent, full-time role, with an expected start in Q1 2027, subject to notice period.

HOW TO APPLY

  • Apply through LinkedIn, or email your CV to careers@silverline-g.com by 30 November 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an initial call, followed by a final interview.
  • Any offer is subject to satisfactory references, right-to-work checks and background screening, including credit and criminal record checks.
  • Your CV and personal data will be processed in line with UK GDPR, used only for this recruitment process and kept no longer than necessary.
  • Silverline Capital Group is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all backgrounds.
