Investment Director

Role Description The Investment Director will provide strategic guidance on investments related to the growth and sustainability of Agile Admiral, including evaluating opportunities such as sponsorships, partnerships, and content expansion initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing potential investment opportunities, conducting financial and market analyses, and recommending investment strategies aligned with the newsletter’s long-term objectives. The role will also involve collaborating with the founder on budgeting, financial planning, and risk management, while preparing concise reports and presentations on investment performance and outlook. This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a combination of on-site meetings and work from home.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Investment Management and Investments, with experience overseeing or advising on portfolios or growth-focused initiatives.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, market trends, and risk-return profiles for potential investment opportunities.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Investment Strategies that support sustainable growth and align with organizational goals.
• Solid understanding of Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance measurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time, hybrid environment and communicate clearly with non-financial stakeholders.
• Interest in project management, newsletters, or digital content businesses is highly beneficial.
