You’ll work closely with colleagues across Investment Operations, Product, Finance, Business Intelligence and Treasury to ensure our operational processes, controls and reporting are effective, consistent and responsive to changing needs. You’ll oversee performance reporting, financial transactions and cash flows, investment data and operational systems, while helping to manage risks and resolve complex operational issues.
As a people manager, you’ll create an inclusive and supportive environment where colleagues can develop, contribute ideas and deliver high-quality outcomes together. You’ll be comfortable coordinating competing priorities, building constructive relationships and communicating complex information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
