With a diverse range of capabilities including strategic advice on superannuation and retirement planning, general investment, asset protection, insurance, tax management, estate planning, aged care, social security, succession planning and philanthropy. Our clients include individuals, families, businesses, not-for-profit organisations, and Indigenous communities throughout Australia.

  • Deliver training, briefings and coaching to advisers on investment philosophy, market views, portfolio construction, risk settings, implementation and client communication.

  • Develop high-quality investment research, client communications, sales collateral and commentary on key market events.

  • Present investment recommendations, market insights, portfolio performance and outlooks to advisers, clients, boards and investment committees.

  • Where required, manage relationships with external research houses to establish and maintain third-party ratings for relevant internally managed investment strategies.

About you

  • An appropriate undergraduate degree in commerce, economics, business or finance, with attainment of or significant progress towards a relevant postgraduate qualification such as CFA or MBA.

  • RG146 accreditation and at least seven years’ experience in investment-related roles.

  • Sales or client experience, preferably within an advice context, and a strong understanding of portfolio theory, investment markets and financial instruments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, supported by strong presentation capabilities and experience presenting to investment committees.

  • Strong numerical, modelling and analytical capabilities, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

  • The ability to synthesise complex information, communicate technical concepts to varied audiences and interpret investment information from a client perspective.
