About the Role

The Investor Communications Manager shapes Xoople’s investment narrative and manages communications with current and prospective investors. Working across Marketing, Commercial and Finance, this role translates company strategy, product innovation and commercial progress into compelling communications that build investor confidence, strengthen relationships and support future growth. The focus is investor storytelling, engagement and executive support rather than financial due diligence or transaction management.

Impact You Own

• Own and evolve Xoople’s investor narrative so it clearly reflects commercial progress, product innovation and market opportunity.

• Translate complex technical, commercial and strategic developments into compelling investment messaging and executive-ready materials.

• Keep existing investors and shareholder groups informed, engaged and confident through regular updates, milestone communications and responsive coordination.

• Support investor targeting and engagement strategies, including tailored materials, roadshows, introductions and follow-up with prospective investors.

• Equip executive leadership with briefing materials, messaging documents and talking points for investors, board members and strategic stakeholders.

• Ensure investor, partner and corporate communications remain aligned across significant business milestones, partnerships and growth announcements.

• Use investment trends, market developments, competitor activity and investor sentiment to strengthen company positioning and support future growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years’ experience in investor relations, corporate communications or marketing within a venture-backed or high-growth company; B2B technology or deep tech preferred.

• Experience communicating with investors within a venture-backed or high-growth technology business.

• Experience developing investment propositions, investor communications or strategic corporate communications for executive audiences.

• Experience supporting investor engagement activities, investment outreach or capital-raising communications.

• Strong understanding of the venture capital, growth equity and technology investment landscape.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a proactive, confident and collaborative approach.

• Flexible and adaptable, able to manage change, build stakeholder credibility and attend occasional meetings outside core hours.
