Role Description This is a full-time, remote Investor Outreach Setter role focused on connecting potential investors with Al Wadhiah’s advisory and investment teams. The Investor Outreach Setter will source and qualify leads, initiate contact through phone, email, and digital channels, and schedule meetings or calls for senior advisors. Day-to-day work includes maintaining an organized pipeline, adapting to investor needs, and documenting all interactions accurately. The position is target-driven and requires consistent follow-up, professional communication, and adherence to Al Wadhiah’s Shariah-compliant brand values.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build rapport quickly with potential investors.
• Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development, preferably in financial services or investment-related environments.
• Comfort with remote work tools, CRM systems, and basic data entry to track outreach activities and investor responses.
• Ability to follow structured processes and scripts while exercising sound judgment and professional discretion in conversations.
• Understanding of, or strong interest in, Shariah-compliant finance and investment principles; willingness to learn firm offerings in detail.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when dealing with investor information and firm materials.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote, target-based role.
• Relevant education or experience in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
