Partnerships Executive - Staffing & Executive Search

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, partnerships executive for our client a growing boutique staffing business in the region.

As a Partnerships Executive, you will drive business growth by identifying, securing, and managing strategic B2B partnerships with corporate clients, SMEs, and government entities across the UAE. You will serve as the bridge between organizations needing world-class talent and our internal delivery teams.

Location: Dubai, Remote or Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential corporate clients, developers, multinationals, and SMEs across the region to offer tailored staffing, executive search, and workforce outsourcing solutions.

Relationship Management: Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and pitch presentations to contract negotiations and onboarding.

Pipeline & CRM Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all partner interactions, deal progress, and pipeline metrics utilizing corporate CRM systems.

Market Analysis: Monitor regional market trends, hiring demands, and competitor activity to continuously refine our partnership and business development strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Recruitment Consultants to ensure client vacancy requirements are seamlessly executed and fulfilled.

Networking & Visibility: Represent the company at major regional corporate meetups, industry exhibitions, and local business networking events to elevate brand presence.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a closely related field.

Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, business development, or recruitment agency settings.

Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the UAE corporate ecosystem and prior exposure to managing commercial service contracts.

Compensation: Salary + uncapped commission
