Ipsos is seeking a Research Consultant for Qualitative Understanding
Are you passionate about understanding what drives human behaviour? And do you want to turn insights into opportunities for companies? We are looking for a curious colleague with a couple of years’ experience from the research industry to join Ipsos Denmark's qualitative team.
Qualitative research that makes a difference
Ipsos is one of the world's largest research and consultancy firms, working with global companies such as LEGO, TV 2, Novonesis, and Carlsberg. The role sits within an innovative team driven by curiosity and the ambition to challenge clients constructively. You will have access to advanced analysis methods, technologies and global centres of expertise.
In the Qualitative Department we help companies understand what matters to people. By combining ethnographic and digital research methods, we uncover the needs and tensions that shape people's everyday lives. We then translate these insights into actionable recommendations that inform innovation, communication, product development, and business strategy.
As a Research Consultant in our Qualitative Department, you will join a team of anthropologists, sociologists, strategists, and qualitative specialists who share a passion for understanding people and making a difference to our clients.
You will succeed in the role if you:
- Are passionate about understanding human behaviour, attitudes, and motivations
- Know how to identify patterns in data and have strong analytical skills
- Are an excellent communicator and like to tell a story
- Like project management and take ownership of your tasks
- Thrive in a collaborative and high paced environment
We imagine that you have a couple of years’ experience from working in market research with qualitative research methods.
You might have experience within the following topics, and we encourage you to tell us about it if it is the case: Video production, AI powered qualitative analysis, Social listening research, Qualitative Research Panels/Communities, Design Thinking, Early Innovation.
What we offer
Join Copenhagen’s best team – at least if you ask us. Expect talented colleagues, high ambitions, plenty of laughs, and endless opportunities to learn and grow.
Shape the future of research – AI is rewriting the rules of our industry, and you’ll get hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools and methodologies long before they become the market standard.
An international environment with more than 20 nationalities in the Danish office.
Continuous learning combining on-the-job training, tailored workshops, webinars, and feedback
A hybrid work environment with flexibility to work from home
Lots of fun social activities with your new 90 colleagues
