Position Summary: The candidate needs 5+ years of experience implementing application-layer technical currency and supportability changes for Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, IBM webMethods, or comparable middleware applications. Experience should include JDK/runtime upgrades, library and dependency remediation, certificate renewals, credential/secret dependency updates, schema/interface changes, secure coding fixes, OpenShift/Linux compatibility, Git/GitHub, CI/CD awareness, developer validation, rollback planning, configuration baselines, dependency inventories, and technical documentation.
