Define program scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals. Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, engineering, finance, operations, and other teams to ensure strategic alignment. Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and communication plans. Drive program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and change management activities. Monitor program performance, track KPIs, and provide executive-level status updates. Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring priorities remain aligned with business objectives. Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders and proactively remove execution roadblocks. Ensure resource planning and budget tracking for assigned programs. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, tools, and operational efficiency. Core Competencies: Complexity: Advanced program management and strategic planning skills. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, strategy, operations, or related roles. Advanced certifications and/or a master’s degree in business administration or a related field. Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams. Experience working in fast-paced and highly matrixed organizations. Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with program management tools such as Jira, Box, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
