Job Summary:

As an SAP Business Analyst specializing in Quality Management (QM), you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of SAP S/4 Hana Quality Management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct Business process blueprint sessions with end users and gather requirements.

· Document the requirements in Business process blueprint documents.

· Design the solution to meet the business requirements.

· Create Functional specifications and Functional design documents.

· Configuration (SPRO) in SAP S/4

· Creation of Test scenarios and test scripts

· Functional testing of business process steps and SAP development objects

· End user training

· Cutover planning

· Go live and Post go live support.

Qualifications:

· Overall 10years with Minimum 5 years of experience in design, development, and testing of SAP S/4 Hana Quality Management module.

Strong Knowledge and Experience in

· Master data objects such as Material master, Master Inspection Characteristics, Inspection Plan, Equipment, Catalogs etc.

· Serial number management and tracking

· Inspection Planning and Execution

· Sampling

· Source, Incoming, In process and Outbound Inspection

· Quality Notifications

· Defects and Complaints

· Quality Order Management

· Integration of QM with other areas like PP, WM, PM, …

· Interfaces and IDOC Processes.
