As part of our continued growth in India, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ISP Contract Administrator to join our Bangalore office and support the effective administration, compliance management, and document control of Independent Service Providers (ISPs) and agency partners.

Position Summary

The ISP Contract Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate ISP compliance records, managing documentation within SAP SuccessFactors, monitoring contract-related expiry timelines, and ensuring all statutory, insurance, and contractual documents are properly maintained and archived. This role is critical in supporting compliance, governance, and operational excellence across the business.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ISP and agency records within SAP Success Factor.
  • Standardize document and ensure consistency across all HR records.
  • Maintain organized digital records on the secure shared drive in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive records for tax documentation, insurance certificates and policies, contract documentation, company registration documents, official correspondence, and supporting records.
  • Track the validity and expiration dates of ISP and agency documentation.
  • Monitor compliance requirements and maintain document renewal schedules.
  • Proactively engage with ISPs and agencies to obtain updated tax and insurance documentation prior to expiration.
  • Support compliance audits by ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and readily accessible
  • Provide general administrative assistance to support business operations.
  • Assist with reporting, record retrieval, and compliance reviews as required.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to document management and ISP administration processes

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support, document control, contract administration, vendor management, or compliance-related roles.
  • Experience working with structured document management systems and shared drives.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent document management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.Knowledge of data management and record retention practices.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of compliance and confidentiality
