Senior Executive - Global Fixed Asset Team

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Controllership (Global Fixed Assets) with hands-on experience in global fixed asset accounting. The role will support end‑to‑end fixed asset accounting processes across multiple geographies, ensure accurate accounting and compliance, and work closely with global stakeholders as part of a centralized captive setup

1. Ensure completeness and accuracy of the Fixed Asset sub‑ledger, including timely capitalization and asset retirements.
2. Execute month‑end close activities related to fixed assets, including Journal entries, account reconciliations, Depreciation and amortization posting and variance explanations.
3. Support compliance of fixed asset schedules in line with US GAAP and local GAAP (i‑GAAP) requirements.
4. Perform Record‑to‑Report (R2R) activities such as accruals, amortization, and balance sheet substantiation.
5. Prepare qualitative variance analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L and Balance Sheet movements related to fixed assets.
6. Assist in preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations for internal reviews.
7. Ensure adherence to SOX controls, internal policies, and statutory guidelines, and maintain proper documentation.
8. Coordinate with global finance teams and stakeholders to resolve accounting queries and support reviews.
9. Work on ERP systems (Oracle / Oracle Fusion) for transaction processing, accounting, and reporting.
