Qualifications - Required: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment. - Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications. - Preferred: - Experience with engineering software tools and project management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Asana). - IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional. - Skills: - Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. - Self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
