IT asset management & logistics analyst

What success looks like in this role:

• Manage ServiceNow stock tickets, CMDB updates, and ITAM activities.
• Forecast and govern asset inventory across internal and vendor locations.
• Maintain stockrooms, transfers, inventory accuracy, and asset tracking.
• Coordinate laptop shipments and logistics.
• Support asset recovery, offboarding, disposal, and audits.
• Provide reporting, vendor coordination, and stakeholder support.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• ServiceNow (preferred, other ticket tool knowledge as bare minimum accepted) proficiency with strong understanding of asset lifecycle and ITAM processes
• Expert knowledge of CMDB/AMDB, including data integrations and record management.
• 5-7 years of IT experience, including 1-2 years in Asset Management at least
• Strong stakeholder communication skills across clients, vendors, and technical teams.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting and data validation.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
