IT Business Analyst – Global IT

We are looking for an experienced and analytical IT Business Analyst to join our OneHearingCare program, a key initiative in Demant's global transformation journey. You will play an important role in translating business needs into scalable digital solutions and supporting the design and implementation of our next-generation CRM platform.

You will contribute throughout the full solution lifecycle, from requirements discovery and solution design to testing, training and deployment, helping create a standardized and future-ready platform for our global Hearing Care business.

Welcome to Hearing Care IT – Sales and Service Team

You will join Demant's global Hearing Care business as part of the OneHearingCare program, a strategic initiative focused on standardizing and modernizing our global operations through Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The program will deliver a unified CRM and ERP platform supporting more than 15,000 employees across hearing care clinics and business units worldwide. Our ambition is to create a scalable and future-ready solution that balances global standardization with local legal requirements and unique business needs.

Working alongside Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers and global and local business representatives, you will help bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring that requirements are translated into effective, sustainable solutions aligned with the program's strategic objectives.

Furthermore, if you are motivated to take on additional responsibility, there are opportunities to learn about other IT disciplines, such as configuration management, allowing you to broaden your skillset and develop towards a more functional IT role.

Turn Business Needs into Scalable Solutions

Joining us, you will be a trusted member of the program, helping stakeholders understand, challenge and translate business needs into clear requirements and effective solutions. Below, you will find the responsibilities in this role:

  • Gather and translate business requirements, working with stakeholders and Product Owners to define solution requirements, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, leading workshops and discussions to establish a shared understanding of business objectives, priorities and requirements.
  • Analyze and map business processes, create process maps, user journeys, workflow diagrams and functional specifications to support solution design and process optimization.
  • Support solution development, collaborating with developers and technical specialists to clarify requirements, facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure alignment with business expectations.
  • Contribute to testing and quality assurance, participating in functional testing, integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Support implementation and adoption, contributing to change management through training materials, user guides and train-the-trainer activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize business processes through technology while balancing global standards with local requirements.

The role includes approximately 20–30 days of travel per year, typically together with other project team members.

What You Bring

You probably already have some experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably from a large-scale business transformation or system implementation. You understand how to gather, analyze and document business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable specifications that support effective solution delivery.

You have experience working with CRM solutions, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) or similar platforms or CRM systems such as Salesforce. Furthermore, understanding how system integrations and how enterprise applications interact across a technology landscape will also be valuable. Experience with customer-facing processes in retail or healthcare environments is also considered an advantage.

As a colleague, you are analytical, structured and collaborative. You are comfortable facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders at different organizational levels and navigating business needs. You can communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and build working relationships across functions and geographies.

Furthermore, you have good documentation skills and attention to detail, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. You take ownership of your work, value knowledge sharing and you are motivated by finding practical ways to improve processes and create business value through technology.

Finally, your written and verbal communication skills in English are at a high level, and you thrive in an international, cross-functional environment.

Come and Join Us

This is an opportunity to take an active role in a major global transformation and help shape the future of Demant's Hearing Care operations.

You will work with skilled colleagues and stakeholders across business and IT, gaining exposure to complex business challenges and modern Microsoft technologies.
