- Serving as the primary point of contact between the agency and its parent company's IT team to resolve technical issues, coordinate support requests, and maintain compliance with established technology and security standards.
- Assisting with technology asset management, system maintenance, and process improvements to support operational efficiency.
- Providing additional business operations and administrative support as needed.
This job may be for you if you have:
- 3–4 years of experience in IT support, help desk operations, desktop support, or a similar technical support role.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent technical certifications and relevant professional experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related tools.
- Experience working with IT service management and ticketing platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and user-access issues.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical employees.
- Experience collaborating with employees at all levels of an organization, as well as external vendors and technology partners.
- The ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and adapt to changing technical and operational needs.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information, sensitive data, and employee access.
- A proactive, service-oriented approach and a willingness to take ownership of technical challenges from start to resolution.
