  You will contribute to achieving our organizational objectives at strategic, tactical and operational levels, making this a role with both broad responsibility and visible impact.
  

  What will you do?

  Strategic

  • Trusted IT Partner: Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned business domains and translate their business strategy into concrete IT requirements for the long-term IT roadmap.

  • Value & Customer Focus: Align IT initiatives with business priorities, identify opportunities for automation and take overall responsibility for customer satisfaction within your domains.

    Tactical

    • Application & Integration Advisory: Maintain functional knowledge of the applications within your domains and advise the business on their capabilities and integration opportunities.

    • Vendor Management: Manage the agile delivery and quality of external IT vendors, optimize their deployment and capacity planning, and monitor performance and software quality.

    • Continuous Improvement: Support Product Owners in measuring delivered business value and translate user feedback into improvements for future releases.

      Operational

      • Change & Change Management: Manage complex technical change requests within the IT governance framework and support the business in adopting changes to processes and ways of working.

      • Service Catalogue: Provide the necessary input to ensure that the service catalogue for applications within your domains remains accurate and up to date.
        

        What do you bring?

        You are someone who can easily navigate between different interests, stakeholders and organizational levels. You understand the question behind the question and know how to translate business needs into practical, valuable solutions.

        • Education: A minimum of a Master’s degree (MSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.

        • Demonstrable experience aligning IT with business objectives in a strategic, tactical and operational context.

        • A strong focus on delivering business value and ensuring customer satisfaction.

        • Knowledge of IT frameworks and practices, including business alignment, IT governance and agile ways of working.

        • Experience in the energy sector or energy trading is a strong advantage.

        • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at different organizational levels.

        • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
