IT Business Partner (f/m/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze corporate and department strategies, derive corresponding IT contributions, and maintain the project‑and‑demand portfolio.
• Identify challenges and define IT priorities in coordination with the business units.
• Create and maintain an IT roadmap (short‑, medium‑ and long‑term).
• Collect and structure business‑area and process requirements (workshops, interviews, surveys).
• Evaluate and prioritize IT initiatives based on business impact, urgency, effort and risk.
• Prepare decision‑making and prioritisation templates for steering committees.
• Provide specialist support to projects to ensure target alignment and benefit realization.
• Review and implement department requirements using existing services from the IT‑service catalogue.
• Participate in the IT‑service lifecycle (demand validation, description, onboarding, retirement, etc.).
• Organise and moderate alignment meetings between business units, application owners, developers and IT‑infrastructure teams.

MUST-HAVES

• Completed 4‑year university degree in (Business) Informatics
• Certified in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, IPMA, PMP, Scrum Master)
• Extensive experience analysing IT and business‑process requirements
• Long‑standing experience in project work and project organisation
• Several years of experience with, and deep understanding of, IT processes and inter‑dependencies
