Purpose and Job Summary
We are looking for a co-op student to join our team for a hands-on learning experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. In this role, you will support end-users and their technology tools, device management, user administration, cybersecurity activities, and it projects while developing practical technical and professional skills. You will work closely with the it team and employees across the organization to help resolve technology issues and improve day-to-day it services. Your contributions will help provide a secure, reliable, and positive technology experience for our employees.

Drive excellent results focusing on accuracy and efficiency
Create outstanding reports to help us understand the current state of finance
Provide first-level technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile device, and Microsoft 365 issues while developing strong problem-solving skills.
Assist with the setup, deployment, inventory management, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
Support user account administration, including onboarding and offboarding activities, password resets, and access requests.
Learn and apply cybersecurity best practices by assisting with phishing awareness initiatives, endpoint protection activities, and IT security processes.
Document support tickets, technical procedures, and solutions to improve knowledge sharing and service delivery efficiency.
Collaborate with IT team members on technology projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives while gaining exposure to enterprise IT environments.
