IT & Computer Science - Internship

About Us NENO is a Social Enterprise providing mobile healthcare services and we are driven by home visit, outreach and empowerment of targeted beneficiaries in Malaysia. Job Description This is a remote position. In this role, intern will be required to prepare the whole ecosystem of NENO (which comprises of Services, Outreach, Gig Economy, Collaborators and Academy) where it has to be integrated and automation-driven. Intern will have an opportunity to participate in the foundational work of solving company technology needs, administrating data and developing new and / or implementing current technology solutions. Throughout the internship period, the intern is expected to propose and present the end users experience journey aiming at helping care recipients to lead more meaningful lives while running the business efficiently. Intern will be reporting directly to Technology Director and Managing Director of NENO. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Understand and document existing business processes and propose ways to improve more efficient work activity. Develop business analysis skillset for reporting - understand target audience needs, establish scope of a project, define requirements. Establish and maintain all database of customers, care recipients, beneficiaries, partners, gig workers, and all other internal and external parties. Assist Technology Director to establishing, maintaining and updating of data throughout NENO ecosystem, especially on data strategy, data governance, data valuation, data quality capabilities, and data management principles. Understanding the 6-core business department function and assist with digitization / automation of the processes Assist in maintaining all online software / applications such as Office 365, Zoho One, Neno App, website and others. Assist in maintaining hardware such as printers, network switches and any other IT-related peripherals. Assist in providing analytics findings by preparing reports and testing of new dashboards. Requirements • Diploma / Degree in Information Management / Information Technology / Computer Science / Office System or related field • Highly proficient with of Office 365, Google and Zoho One • Knowledge of data governance or data management best practices • Excellent written, verbal, presentation skills • Ability to think critically and problem solve • Capacity to work as an independent individual contributor and cooperative teammate • Time management, organizational skills, and detail-oriented • Understanding of foundational database concepts • Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling and mining • Strong analytical and critical thinking • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management and etc. Benefits 1.
