【Overview】

The role involves building services leveraging the securities platform BaaS and the insurance platform "Inspire," as well as developing brand-new services from scratch. This position includes leading projects that embody the group’s mission through unique, innovative solutions, alongside large-scale system migration initiatives. These architectures are constructed within modern cloud environments, where the candidate will drive and manage projects in close collaboration with development teams equipped with DevOps and SRE expertise.

A distinct aspect of the company is its dual role: it operates not only as a direct service provider but also as a platform provider collaborating with strategic partner companies. Consequently, while managing projects with strict adherence to Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) as a service provider, the position also requires a long-term strategic mindset across both business and system architectures as a platform provider.

【Responsibilities】

Directly reporting to a Senior Project Manager, this role involves handling various project management responsibilities with ongoing support and guidance.

・Upstream Strategy & Client Communication: Engaging in direct customer communication from the planning and top-tier upstream phases of primary-contracted (prime) projects.

・Schedule & Task Management: Creating and maintaining master schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).

・Project Documentation: Preparing various project plans, progress reports, and executive presentations.

・End-to-End Execution: Driving project execution and documentation across all phases, from requirements definition to testing and deployment.

【Required】

◎3+ years of experience in any of the following:

・Experience in upstream phases (requirements definition and external design) as a systems engineer, or equivalent knowledge

・Experience communicating with clients on contract projects (level not specified)

・Experience managing project tasks (project scale not specified)

【Preferred】

◎Requirements vary by business domain. In addition to the mandatory requirements, candidates meeting any of the following criteria are welcome:

・Experience as a Project Manager (PjM) or team leader

・Experience working on web development projects as an engineer, Project Leader (PL), or Project Manager (PM) (experience in the initial development and operation of large-scale or mission-critical systems is a plus)

・Experience in the financial industry (e.g., banking, securities, or insurance) (provided the mandatory requirements are met)

・Experience in service planning and design

・Development experience on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

・Experience in offshore development
