Our Shared Service Center in Wrocław brings together professionals working in an international environment and supporting business needs across the Fresenius Group. We are currently looking for an IT Controller to join our team and support financial controlling activities related to IT costs and projects.

This is how your responsibilities would look like: 💻

• Co-managing month-end closing activities and ensuring accuracy through detailed variance analysis
• Managing IT cost invoicing for internal Fresenius Group entities and providing clear explanations of charges and their value
• Preparing quarterly IT cost controlling reports for Fresenius SE
• Ensuring the correctness and completeness of financial information and reporting for IT departments
• Overseeing accurate financial settlement of projects, including determining the appropriate tax treatment
• Collaborating with global stakeholders to align financial goals, plans and priorities
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes for IT costs and analysing actual results against budget and forecast
• Preparing financial data, analyses and reports for senior management, including ad hoc requests
• Identifying opportunities to streamline finance and controlling processes and improve efficiency
• Partnering with finance and non-finance stakeholders to deliver reliable financial data and support wider business needs
• Participating in international projects and initiatives

We also need to have some requirements, so here they are: 📚

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, audit or accounting
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP FI-CO
• Fluency in English
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and turn analysis into actionable insights
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with stakeholders across different functions and levels
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach to working in a matrix organization
• German language skills would be an advantage
• Knowledge of IFRS regulations would be an advantage
