IT Delivery Analyst

Working arrangement: Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite per week
Workload: Full-time preferred; part-time possible from 2 days per week
Languages: French C1 and English B1
We are looking for an IT Delivery Analyst to join an IT team managing and developing applications that support business operations within the Energy & Utilities sector.
Working closely with the Product Owner, business stakeholders and technical teams, you will help translate business needs into practical solutions and coordinate their delivery. The initial phase will focus on application support, helping you build a strong understanding of the functional environment.
Your responsibilities
Functional analysis & Product Owner support
- Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and conduct impact analyses.
- Translate requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support backlog management, prioritisation, estimation and planning.
- Document requirements and proposed solutions.
Application support & incident management
- Provide L2/L3 application support, analysing incidents and problems.
- Coordinate incident resolution and keep stakeholders informed.
- Use ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, EasyIT or equivalent independently.
- Follow ITSM processes for incident, problem and change management.
- Maintain documentation and share knowledge across the team.
Coordination & delivery
- Coordinate activities between business and IT teams.
- Participate in or facilitate Agile ceremonies.
- Track progress, risks and dependencies, providing clear delivery updates.
Testing & releases
- Help prepare functional tests and user acceptance testing.
- Qualify defects and follow up on their resolution.
- Support release preparation and verify that delivered solutions meet business needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of applications and delivery practices.
Your profile
- At least 3 years of IT experience, ideally within the medior range of 3–5 years.
- Confirmed experience in functional analysis.
- Confirmed experience managing application delivery, including enhancements, support and incidents.
- Good knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and ticketing tools.
- French at C1 level and English at B1 level.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, autonomous and collaborative approach, with a focus on quality and results.
Additional strengths
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, IT coordination and delivery tracking.
- Experience in functional testing and business validation.
- A background in application support, technical analysis or software development.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of APIs, interfaces, data flows and application integrations.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Management or equivalent.
- ITIL, Agile or Business Analysis certifications.
Practical information
- At least 2 onsite days per week in Charleroi are required, including for part-time arrangements.
- Remote working can be agreed with the manager; additional onsite days may occasionally be required.
