[IT Delivery Center] Security Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reports related to Information Security stakeholders’ activity and security initiatives.
• Interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear summaries and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Provide insights to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.

2. Communication & Coordination Support

• Draft clear, concise, and business-friendly communications for IT Security stakeholders.
• Support in organizing and documenting various meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
• Maintain regular updates and contributions to knowledge-sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint).

3. Business & Operational Support

• Assist with tracking issues, risks, and actions across global stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and training material preparation for new global stakeholders
• Monitor progress of ongoing initiatives and follow up on outstanding tasks.

4. Process Improvement

• Identify areas to streamline reporting, tracking, and communications processes.
• Propose solutions based on data trends, business feedback, and operational observations.

Minimum a graduate or student of a Masters of Science program in the field of Information Security, Information Technology, Management or Finance.

Required

• Experience with PowerPoint and Word.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.).
• Experience in an analytical or customer facing role, even temporary (analyst, IT support technician, etc);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Expertise in identifying, analysing, and resolving complex service delivery issues in a timely manner.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities with the ability to plan and execute long-term strategies.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on evolving security threats and technologies.
• Languages: fluent English.
