Job Description This is a remote position. IT Developer is responsible for managing the end-to-end development of systems, applications, and web platforms. This role thrives in a remote, collaborative environment and provides support to cross-functional teams by delivering both front-end and back-end solutions, system integrations, automation, and technical troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Full-Stack Development & Systems Management Design, develop, and maintain web applications, internal tools, and integrations across multiple platforms. Manage CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance. Develop front-end interfaces and back-end logic, APIs, and database connections. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web platforms, internal systems, and workflows. Document systems, architecture, and processes for cross-team accessibility. Cross-Platform Integrations & Automation Implement API integrations and database connectivity solutions across company systems. Leverage automation tools like Zapier to streamline workflows and processes. Maintain and support company software and applications, including 1Password, Airtable, Amazon Seller Central, Asana, Google Workspace, Helium 10, HubSpot, Jotform, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Slack, Time Doctor, and WordPress. Data, Analytics & Reporting Analyze data and create charts, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making. Utilize advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools to process and present data effectively. Ensure system compliance with security standards, including antivirus, firewall, and two-factor authentication. Remote Collaboration & Team Support Communicate technical requirements and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to deliver integrated technical solutions. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to other developers or team members when required. Actively contribute to process improvements and system optimizations across the organization. Onboarding & Knowledge Sharing Train team members on system usage, workflows, and technical tools as needed. Document and share knowledge to improve team efficiency and continuity. Support ad-hoc tasks in line with organizational needs and priorities. Requirements Proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, SQL, and Python. Experience with GitHub and version control workflows. Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development best practices. Familiarity with front-end and back-end development and database management. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to new tools and technologies.
