IT Engineer - Mobile Device Management

AREA OF EMPLOYMENT IT START OF WORK as soon as possible EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time megállapodás szerint My responsibilities: Maintenance and development of global Ivanti Neurons for MDM infrastructure. Selection and testing of new mobile hardware (e.g. iPhones, iPads, MacBooks and Android devices). Being a contact person for the most complex INFRA related iOS/iPadOS, macOS and Android support requests as a 3rd level IT Engineer. Supporting international Mobile Device projects. Supporting mobile devices in Intune. Maintenance and support of Beyond Trust Remote Management solution. Create/update knowledge base articles for 1st and 2nd level. The knowledge I own: At least 3-5 years of experience maintaining mobile device infrastructure in enterprise environment. Strong English skill is a must as you will conduct your day-to-day work mostly in English (meetings, documentation etc.). German knowledge is an advantage, but not a deciding factor. Solid knowledge of Ivanti Neurons for MDM and/or Intune (or equivalent Mobile Device Management administrative tool). Basic understanding of PowerShell and Bash scripting languages. Well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude. Can work in a multi-shift operation (Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 22:00 PM).
